We have several options available for hosting events:
- Upper banquet room with over 2100 square feet of space and 17' high ceilings is able to serve a sit down event of 200 individuals
- Lower meeting room combining rooms A & B is 40' by 36' or 1440 square feet of space and able to serve a sit down event of 140 individuals
- Lower meeting room A or B is 20' by 36' or 720 square feet of space and able to serve a sit down event for 70 individuals
- Pool area outside is capable of an event of 300+ individuals
- Bar and Grille area is able to seat 50-60 individuals
Meetings, lunch and golf are a great way to mix business with pleaseure. Choose from on of our banquet room options, enjoy lunch, and get a special rate on 9 or 18 holes of golf. Our 18-hole par 70 course provides every golfer a championship experience while offering a wide variety of tees to accomodate golfers of every skill level.
Our location of downtown Clearwater is a great asset. We are only 7 miles south of St. Cloud and 15 minutes north of Monticello. We look forward to giving you a tour of our facility and becoming an option for your consideration of your next event.
